SOM Security Document Viewing Guide
SOM (Security Viewing) files are secure executable files designed to allow external recipients who do not have document security software installed to view documents within a defined scope of permissions. This guide is for end users who have received SOM files.
1. What is a SOM file?

2. How to Access
- Run the received SOM file (.exe).
- If a password is set, enter the password according to the instructions.
- When the viewing permissions (number of times, duration, PC, etc.) are confirmed, the document will open automatically.
- It will be displayed with the built-in viewer suitable for the type of document.

3. Access Restrictions
The SOM file has specified permissions applied upon export, so there may be the following restrictions.

The permissions of the SOM file (number of times, duration, PC, etc.) are determined at the time of export and cannot be changed by the recipient. If permission adjustments are needed, a reissue request must be made to the person in charge who exported the file.
